Solar loan
$0 down with a fixed monthly payment that typically lands below the bill it replaces. Ownership from day one.
Prepaid plan through our finance partner
You prepay a share of the system's cost; the plan's owner keeps it, monitors, maintains and insures it for six years, then transfers it to you. What is due at signing depends on the plan and your home, so we put the exact number in writing before you decide. It transfers to a new owner if you sell.
Note for 2026: the federal residential credit ended for systems completed after December 31, 2025, and Nevada has no state credit or property-tax exemption for home solar. The $0-down plan is structured so its owner claims the remaining 30% credit (available to third-party owners through 2027) and passes the benefit through in your price. We show you the math for your home in writing, and we recommend an independent tax professional for anything involving a credit. Actual utility rates may go up or down and actual savings may vary.

Nevada law sets ten years as the minimum for installation and roof penetrations; ours is in the contract, in writing. Panels and batteries carry their manufacturer warranties alongside it.
Your HOA cannot say no
Nevada voids any covenant that prohibits or unreasonably restricts solar, and an association with solar rules must answer in 35 days or the request is deemed approved. We handle the submission.
