Privacy policy and text messaging terms
Plain language: we use what you send us to quote and serve your home, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, address or ZIP, your interest, and anything you type into a form or tell us on a call. If you send a utility bill or a panel photo, we keep it in your project file.
How we use it
To answer your request, build a proposal, schedule and perform work, pull permits, file your interconnection, send appointment reminders and service updates, and ask for a review after a completed job. We may share your details with our financing partner only when you ask us to run a financing option, and with permitting authorities and the utility as required for your project.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
By checking the consent box on our form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Simmons Solar Electric about your quote, appointments and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Calls
If you ask for a quote we may call the number you provided. Tell us once and we will not call again.
Retention and security
Project files are kept for the life of your warranty. We protect stored data as required by Nevada law (NRS 603A) and delete it on request where no legal record must be kept.
