Every rep at Simmons is a W-2 employee of a licensed Nevada contractor, the way state law requires. You get a base, a commission plan in writing, leads with a proposal already built, and an install crew that makes your promises true.
Appointment setter
Phone and text from our office or remote. You qualify homeowners who asked for a quote and book them onto a closer's calendar. Base pay plus a per-appointment and per-install bonus.
In-home closer
You show up with the homeowner's roof already drawn and their numbers already run. You present, answer the hard questions, and sign. Base pay plus commission per installed system.
Team lead
Proven solar or home-services leadership. You run the setters, coach the calls, and own the show rate. Base plus override.

- We install it ourselves. Licensed electricians, NSCB 0032580A, no subcontractor roulette.
- Your leads come with the homework done. Roof layout, production and financing before you knock or call.
- A real employee. W-2, base pay, workers' comp, a written commission plan. Nevada law (NRS 624.860) allows only the licensed contractor or its employees to bid, propose or sign residential solar, and every contract's cover-page terms are read aloud and recorded. We train you on both.
